Finally packed and ready to go to El Salvador! Jill (who owns ArrivaDolce Cafe in Highland Park) is picking me up in a few hours, so only that much time to sleep. How exciting though! We will be meeting up with almost 20 people in El Salvador, led by Cafe Imports Ted Chapdelaine and Matt Brown. Some highlights planned for us -- meet and greet with the World Barista Champion; in Chalatenango, we will be visiting a micolot and  La Roxanita (Cup od Excellence #1); some coops in Santa Ana, and doing lots of cupping!
